POLICIESAPPOINTMENTS
Slots are released on the 20th of every month. Premium slots are appointments out of working hours and same-day appointments — additional £20.
Out of working hours: 9am & 6pm+
DEPOSIT
All services require a non-refundable £25 deposit to confirm your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
15-minute grace period. 20 minutes will require a £15 fee. Any later will risk your appointment being cancelled.
CANCELLATION
You may reschedule once, free of charge, up to 48 hours before your appointment. Inside 48 hours your deposit is forfeited. Cancellations are non-refundable.

FOR YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT- Please ensure to arrive with hair washed and blow dried. If your hair is not clean you will have to pay for a hair wash which is an additional £20.
- Please make sure no oils are in your hair. Oils will prevent your hair from being laid correctly.
- In order for me to execute a perfect sleek style heat will be applied using a hot comb and straightener.
- I apply a healthy amount of heat protectant spray to help prevent heat damage. If you do not want heat applied please understand your hair will not achieve your desired look.
- Please inform me if you have any allergies or if there are any products your scalp has complications to.
